How do you think Jesus feels when we look at our Horoscopes or turn to those who foretell our futures? It's just a joke, isn't it? 

Jesus says through Isaiah 47: 13-15: You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels; Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, And the monthly prognosticators Stand up and save you From what shall come upon you. Behold, they shall be as stubble, the fire shall burn them; They shall not deliver themselves From the power of the flame; It shall not be a coal to be warmed by, Nor a fire to sit before! Thus shall they be to you With whom you have labored, Your merchants from your youth; They shall wander each one to his quarter. No one shall save you.

If those who turn to the stars, horoscopes, and those who foretell the future to guide them, instead of turning to Jesus will have eternal punishment, it seems that it's a good time to re-evaluate where you put your faith. Is it really worth turning to your Horoscope each day to figure out which decisions and actions you should make. Do you really think from this Bible passage that Jesus thinks these actions are just a joke. The only one who can save you is Jesus, but He wants you to turn to Him totally and not to the astrologers, the stargazers, and the monthly prognosticators,etc, but Jesus gives us a choice. What will you choose?

When there is so much evil and hatred in the world these days, if you give into the anger like everyone else is, are you telling Jesus that you've given up living with Christian values?

Jesus says through the Bible in Romans 12:15: Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Jesus doesn't want us to give up or give into the raging anger that has become the norm, these days! He wants us to be His role models to others who are struggling of how to do good, be kind and not hateful in a time wrought with so much hatred and violence. 

Jesus is counting on us. Are you up for it? If you start having second thoughts, pray and Jesus will strengthen you, if you let Him!

Whoso privaly[privately] slandereth [slanders] his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer. It doesn't sound to me that Jesus takes it lightly when people lie, slander others, or are deceitful. Just because some politicians do it these days, doesn't make it right!

If we hear of people who are being persecuted and turn our backs on them, just because they have a different culture, skin, language, belief, etc., are we telling Jesus that we won't do His will to help the disadvantaged?

I have recently been watching a week long special on a PBS channel about a culture who has taken refuge in another country. Unfortunately, some of the people of that country are using this to their advantage by making arranged marriages with children of the refugees who in dire financial straits. Also, they make arrangements with the some of the families or with the children and use them for Sex Trafficking. My heart just goes out to these young children.

I'm including a link to an International Justice Mission video. I learned about them through a church mission training session, so I know they are reputable. They do so much to free those who are trafficked as slaves and Sex Trafficking.
