It's much easier as a Christian to just try to blend in with others. It keeps from drawing potentially negative attention from those who might belittle our faith. But, how does Jesus feel when we are Wishy-Washy Christians?
Revelation 3: 15 I
know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or
hot. 16
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee
out of My mouth.
